When accessing our account lookup & paperless billing system, you will be asked for the following information:

Account#- your NB Disposal account number
Password- the last 4 digits of the phone number that is assigned to your NB Disposal account

After registering for our Paperless Billing Program, you will NO LONGER RECEIVE a paper statement
Each month when your billing statement is ready for online viewing, you will receive an e-mail notification that your bill is due, NOT a paper statement
